We hope you love your NOVMBR swimwear purchase, but if you do wish to return an item we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- The swimwear must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging with all hang tags attached and not tampered with.
- The item has not been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged. This includes no signs of make-up, perfume, deodorant or fake tan.
- The hygiene label must not be removed.
We cannot accept returns that show obvious signs of any of the above listed conditions. In such an event we will return the item/items back to you.
For hygiene & safety reasons all our swimwear is fitted with a hygiene label. We cannot accept returns if the hygiene label has been removed or tampered with. Please, therefore, try your swimwear on over underwear and do not remove the hygiene label until you are sure you wish to keep your purchase.
Please also avoid the swimwear items coming into contact with make-up, lotions, perfume or fake-tan.
Please Note: When returning goods, the goods are your responsibility until they have reached us. We recommend sending the goods via a tracked delivery service and retaining your proof of postage until you’ve received your refund.
The cost of returning the goods to us is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees cannot be refunded by NOVMBR Swimwear.

Any returned items should be received to us within 14 days of receipt.
We will let you know once your returned items have been received. Providing all the return conditions have been met, we will then process your return. Please allow up to 5-10 days for your return to be checked, processed and the refund to be returned to your original method of payment. (Please note; the original shipping fees will not be included in your refund).

All our swimwear is thoroughly checked for quality. However, in the rare and unfortunate event that you receive a faulty item, please inform us as soon as possible via email. email@example.com
Please let us know the details of any fault and we will refund/replace the item as appropriate in the circumstances.
